Consent is collected verbally, in person or by phone, at the end of a completed service engagement. This is a separate, standalone request — customers can decline and still receive all services normally. Consent to receive service is never conditioned on agreeing to receive text messages.

Exact Script Used

“Before we wrap up — would you like us to text you a quick link to leave us a Google review? We’ll only text you that one link, and you can reply STOP anytime to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.”

The customer must respond “yes” before any phone number is entered into our system for texting purposes.

What the Customer Receives

Message Type: One-time review request (not recurring marketing)

Sample Message:

“Hi [Name], thanks for choosing Presence Consulting LLC! We’d love your feedback — please leave us a review here: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Opt-Out

Customers may reply STOP at any time to be removed from all future messages, as disclosed in the initial consent script and in every message sent.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected for this program are used solely to send the review request link. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
